Objective

We were tasked with providing a new anti-slip resin floor. The chefs were finding the floor to be a slip hazard when wet plus the existing floor had started to break-up in places.

Materials used

Work undertaken

London Commercial Flooring project – The entire floor was mechanically prepared using diamond headed grinders with vacuum assistance. Repairs to the substrate were carried out using our Rapid Crusher Floor Repair Kits and Foodsafe Quartz then installed @ 4mm with the addition of resin coving.

Challenges

Work needed to be completed within a three-day period. Our team worked around the clock starting on a late Sunday evening completing Tuesday lunchtime to ensure the project was completed on time.
