7 Formation Doncaster

7 Formation are a nationwide fit-out contractor that specialises in both internal and external build solutions. They asked Robex Contracting to look at a large warehouse project in Doncaster, which involved dealing with over 3,000 existing studs in the floor.

Work undertaken

Once all studs had been filled with an epoxy resin, the whole floor was ground using large mechanical grinders with a vacuum attachment. Various expansion joints were recut and a flexible joint sealant installed and then the floor received two coats of solvent-free epoxy resin system.

Outcome

The client in Doncaster was delighted with the results and by how quickly the Robex team installed the new epoxy resin floor.
