Wydale plastics are a manufacturer of plastic moulded products for industry. They required 500m2 of anti-slip epoxy walkways plus other resin walkway areas. Full grinding down and moving of several walkways plus full anti-slip blinding around external doors and ramps.

Grind off old coatings and smooth down the old rough floor.

Challenges

The factory floor was becoming very slippery due to the floors being very smooth. There were also several ramps and external doorways that need special attention and a high level of anti-slip applied. The factory worked all the through the year and the only shut down was between Christmas and New Year.

Outcome

The factory was handed back on time, with new safe anti-slip epoxy walkways, a happy client and still time for the boys to be home for New Year’s Eve!
