Work undertaken

The floor had become dangerous when wet, causing a Health & Safety issue for the staff at the dairy. The floor was prepared using diamond headed grinders with vacuum attachments.

The Gripmaster system comprising of a primer, a body coat of resin including a coloured aggregate and two sealer coats, were applied in 3-4 hours and the floor was back in use within 2 hours.

Outcome

The Dairy has been left with a heavy-duty Anti-Slip floor which will last numerous years. This is much better suited for the conditions in the Storage Bin Room.
