Unistrut Limited Delta Point West Bromwich

Unistrut is worldwide manufacturers of industrial cable and lighting support systems. Following changes to their factory layout, Unistrut contacted Robex Contracting to undertake the installation of new epoxy walkways and line marking within the production and dispatch divisions of their factory in West Bromwich which would provide new improved production and movement routes plus health and safety benefits to those working in this dangerous and hazardous environment.

Materials used

Robex Epoxy RX Line Marking and High Build Floor Coating Systems.

Work undertaken

Robex installation crews prepared and applied Epoxy RX Line Marking to over 250m of new walkways and pedestrian crossings throughout the factory along with Epoxy High Build Coatings to 140m² of loading areas in the dispatch division.

Challenges

Flexibility and communication became the bywords for the successful completion of this project which was undertaken while the factory continued in full production.

Outcome

Excellent working relationships between the Unistrut production staff and Robex installation crews led to the work being completed on time and to a high standard resulting in Unistrut asking us to complete further work in the future.
