About our client

The Naval and Military Club, known informally as The In & Out, is a private members’ club located in St James’s Square, London. It was founded in 1862 for officers of the Navy and Army. It now also accepts female members, and members who have not served in the armed forces but continues to observe service traditions.

Objective

The client was looking for a hard-wearing, anti-slip, hygienic and easy to clean flooring solution.

Materials used

Foodsafe Quartz installed at 4mm with coving at 75mm.

Foodsafe Quartz is a Methyl Methacrylate Resin (MMA) resin flooring system that has been developed to enable fast-track, exceptionally durable, and a long-lasting flooring solution that once applied can receive full pedestrian and vehicular traffic within just 60 minutes.
Foodsafe Quartz is highly resistant to abrasion, impact, and chemical exposure, making it ideal for use in high-traffic environments such as industrial facilities, warehouses, and workshops. It is also commonly used in commercial settings such as kitchens, hotels, hospitals, laboratories, and food processing plants due to its hygienic properties and ease of maintenance. Foodsafe Quartz is available in a range of colours and finishes, making it easy to create a customized look to match any decor.
