Objective

Install resin flooring incorporating line marking

RXEP Hi-Build 500 and Epoxy Line Marker

The RXEP Hi-Build 500 resin flooring system is designed for superior chemical resistance, strength, and resilience. Ideal for a variety of industrial, commercial, and manufacturing environments, including warehouses, chemical processing facilities, printing operations, food production plants, bakeries, dairies, abattoirs, and breweries, it comes in a variety of colors and can be customized with anti-slip features and line markings. RXEP Hi-Build 500 is solvent free and has very low odour during application.

Work Undertaken

The existing coating was removed by mechanical means, and then two coats of RXEP Hi-Build were applied before line markings were added.

Challenges

Work needed to be completed over a weekend. Preparation began on Friday afternoon with the loading back in use on Monday morning.

Client extremely pleased with their new loading bay floor and our workmanship and with the minimal disruption.
