WC Rowe

WC Rowe is a pasty and chilled food manufacturer. The client needed a new wet room floor as the current floor was in a poor state of repair and we were not able to determine the state of the substrate until the old screed had been removed.

To remove a damaged PU screed and replace with added coving.

Challenges

The wet room is used to clean down all machinery after use and is very important for the continual running of the factory at full capacity. The floor is only out of action for a very short space of time over a weekend. We only had from Friday late afternoon until Sunday evening, to prepare, repair and lay the new floor plus the coving.

Outcome

The wet room was handed back for use on Monday AM with no disruption and a very happy client.
