Benugo Food Production Unit

We were approached by Benugo to install a factory floor replacement in their factory in Bermondsey, over the Christmas shut down period. Benugo is a British catering company. It has stores throughout London, serving fresh sandwiches, salads, desserts and coffee.

Materials used

RXEP Hi-Build 500 Non-Slip.

Work undertaken

The entire floor was mechanically prepared using specialist preparation equipment with vacuum extraction. We then applied two coats of RXEP Hi-Build 500, with a Bauxite aggregate broadcast into the first coating to create a non-slip finish. Once the first coating had cured, a second coat was then applied.

Challenges

The schedule was to complete in three days, we had an extra team of Robex Contractors on this project to get this completed on time.

Outcome

The client is very happy with the completed works and therefore have asked us to look at further works for them inside their stores.
