Robex Contracting was approached to see if we could solve a problem of water leaking from the plant room onto the staff car park below. To try and resolve the problem, the client had coated the plant room floor on several occasions without any success.

RXEP Liquid Floortile 300

Work undertaken

First of all, we removed all the existing coating. This was a painstaking job, due to the plant and equipment in place. Eventually, the floor was prepared and following 2 coats of primer, Liquid Floortile was installed at 2-3mm.

Outcome

The client was delighted with the finish and the fact that, at last, the plant room was ‘leak free’.
