Foodsafe Quartz
A rapid curing acrylic resin flooring system incorporating a coloured quartz aggregate applied at 3-4mm to provide a hygienic, anti-slip, seamless finish
Challenges
Working to a tight deadline was essential as this section of the kitchen was closed to allow us to conduct the works.
Work undertaken
All of the existing vinyl flooring was removed along with various layers of latex screed. The original tiles were then mechanically prepared, and our Foodsafe GP Resin Primer installed.
The Foodsafe Quartz system was then installed at 4mm.
Outcome
The client now has a lovely new anti-slip kitchen floor in their chosen colour of royal blue.
